In the event of an unforeseen crisis, it can be hard to remain calm, cool, and collected, pointing staff in the right direction. If we ourselves aren’t prepared for a crisis, how can we expect the groups and individuals we are responsible for to react with level headedness?
In this class, we look at common workplace crises, like fire alarms, breaking and entering, and elevator malfunctions. We then go over how to properly educate staff on the appropriate exit and management maneuvers, as well as best practices for communicating during a time crunch.
You will walk away with a new understanding of how to crisis manage – for any instance in your life.
